SUMMARY OF PUBLICATION ORDINANCE NO. O2026-006 CITY OF TUMWATER The City Council of the City of Tumwater, Washington, passed on September 15, 2026, Ordinance No. O2026-006, authorizing the issuance of one or more series of limited tax general obligation bonds in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed Sixty-Five million dollars ($65,000,000.00) to finance costs related to purchasing and remodeling a new City Hall building, remodeling a fire station, purchasing land for the habitat conservation plan, and to pay the costs of issuance of the bonds; delegating authority to approve the method of sale and final terms of the bonds; and approving other matters related thereto.
