Notice of Public Hearing LOTT Clean Water Alliance 2027-2028 Budget and Capital Improvements Plan The LOTT Board of Directors will hold a Public Hearing regarding the proposed 2027-2028 Budget and Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at the LOTT Board of Directors meeting. The work session begins at 5:30 p.m. and the business meeting will immediately follow. The public is invited to comment at the Public Hearing, and at all LOTT Board meetings, held every second Wednesday of the month.
