NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Thurston Regional Planning Council (TRPC) invites the public to comment on the draft Human Services Transportation Plan (HSTP) September 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026. The plan focuses on the transportation needs of people 65 and older, people with disabilities, and people with low incomes. The draft HSTP is available free of charge online at www.trpc.org/312 or by request to TRPC at 2411 Chandler Court SW, Olympia, WA 98502. Translations are available upon request. Written comments on the HSTP update may be submitted to TRPC by mail or by email to VanEveryK@trpc.org. Comments must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2026. TRPC plans to take final action on the adoption of the HSTP on November 6, 2026.
