NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY AND PUBLIC COMMENT FOR THE DRAFT 2027-2030 REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Thurston Regional Planning Council (TRPC) invites the public to comment on the draft 2027-2030 Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) August 26 to September 11, 2026. The RTIP identifies state sponsored, federally funded, and regionally significant transportation projects in Thurston County. It also lists planned projects for which agencies will seek funding over the same four-year period.
