PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to RCW 43.21.C and WAC 197-11, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on June 29, 2026, the City of Lacey Department of Community and Economic Development issued a determination of nonsignificance (DNS) relative to the environmental impact of the following described proposal: A non-project action to update and adopt the City of Lacey's Stormwater Strategic Plan, which is a guide for the activities, programs and projects of the city's Storm and Surface Water Utility, and an informational reference for Lacey Stormwater Utility ratepayers. The Plan generally applies to the incorporated limits of Lacey. The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public upon request.
