PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the City of Lacey Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, beginning at 6:05 p.m. at Lacey City Hall, 420 College St. S.E., in the Council Chambers, for consideration of the following item: Stormwater Strategic Plan Update: Proposed update to the City of Lacey Stormwater Strategic Plan which is a guide for the activities, programs and projects of the city's Storm and Surface water utility and an informational reference for Lacey Stormwater Utility ratepayers.
