Public notice is hereby given that the Port of Olympia is soliciting sealed bids for the above-named contract. Proposals must be submitted no later than the date and time listed above.
The project scope includes tenant improvement modifications to an existing approximate 15,200 sf existing two-story warehouse building with approximately 4,000 sf on added floor area at the second level within the existing footprint. Tenant improvements include converting existing offices and warehouse space into the new Port of Olympia Headquarters office space and commission meeting room. Scope includes offices and public reception counter, elevated commission dais, new two-story elevator, new finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression updates. Improvement Includes some exterior wall modifications and site work.

Bidders must be licensed in the State of Washington.
This is a public works project subject to the Washington State Department for Labor and Industries (L&I) prevailing wage laws.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid.
The Port of Olympia reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
