30-DAY COMMENT PERIOD NOTICE CITY OF LACEY – Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Draft 2026 Annual Action Plan NOTICE: In accordance with 24 CFR Part 91 Subpart B, the City of Lacey is seeking public comment on the draft CDBG 2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP). The City is anticipated to receive $337,498 in CDBG dollars from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for program year 2026. The 2026 AAP is a planning framework that describes expected resources, annual goals and objectives, projects, geographic distribution, other actions, and program specific requirements. The City has recommended the following priorities to be included in the 2026 AAP.
