Notice of Public Hearings City of Olympia 2026 Annual Action Plan and Substantial Amendment to the Consolidated Plan Olympia City Council: June 23rd, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that two separate public hearings and testimonies will be received regarding the 2026 Annual Action Plan (9/1/2026 – 8/31/2027) and a Substantial Amendment to the Consolidated Plan at the City Council regular business meeting at City Hall on Tuesday, June 23rd at 6:00 p.m. The City proposes new Program Year 2026 CDBG federal funds to be allocated toward eligible activities. The City also proposes a Substantial Amendment to the Program Years 2023-2028 Consolidated Plan. The Amendment proposes the dissolution of the Revolving Loan Fund and Rental Rehabilitation Program. City Council consideration of approval is scheduled for the City Council regular business meeting at City Hall on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026. An electronic version of these reports will be available on the City of Olympia website on June 8th at Olympiawa.gov/CDBG. Hard copies can be made available upon request and picked up at Olympia City Hall, 601 4th Avenue East.
