City of Olympia Rental Rehabilitation Project – 1024 Prospect Ave NE The City of Olympia is providing notice of upcoming solicitations for the Rental Rehabilitation Project at 1024 Prospect Ave NE. This federally funded project is subject to applicable federal labor, contracting, and domestic sourcing requirements. On June 3, 2026, the City will issue a solicitation for window replacement to contractors registered in the Facilities – Residential (General) category of the City's MRSC Small Works Roster. Additional solicitations for painting, siding, concrete repairs, and ductless mini-split heat pumps are anticipated, subject to project needs and funding, and will also be issued to contractors in the same category.
