NOTICE OF APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that the City of Lacey received a Wetland Development Permit on April 1, 2026 for the following proposal: Application # 26-0071: Gary Cruz is proposing a +/- 2,767 sf 3-bedroom, single-family residence, 720 square foot septic system with drain field and reserve area, as well as a 1,754 square foot driveway for ingress and egress in the northern portion of the parcel outside of the wetland but within the 225-foot buffer. On April 21, 2026 this application was deemed complete pursuant to RCW 36.70B.070. This determination of completeness means that the application is sufficient for continued review.
