NOTICE OF APPLICATION Notice is hereby given that the City of Lacey received a Wetland Development Permit on April 1, 2026 for the following proposal: Application # 26-0071: Gary Cruz is proposing a +/- 2,767 sf 3-bedroom, single-family residence, 720 square foot septic system with drain field and reserve area, as well as a 1,754 square foot driveway for ingress and egress in the northern portion of the parcel outside of the wetland but within the 225-foot buffer. The site is addressed 7739 41st Ave SE. The parcel number is 11835210400 and is located in Section 35, Township 18N, Range 01 West, W.M. On April 21, 2026 this application was deemed complete pursuant to RCW 36.70B.070. This determination of completeness means that the application is sufficient for continued review. Anyone who wishes to make comment on this application may do so beginning April 23, 2026. Comments must be received no later than by 5p.m. on May 7, 2026.
