SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION ORDINANCE NO 1697 CITY OF LACEY The City Council of the City of Lacey, Washington, passed on March 3, 2026, Ordinance No. 1697, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LACEY RELATED TO LAND USE AND ZONING; ADDING NEW SECTIONS 16.06.235, 16.06.685, 16.06.693, AND 16.06.698; ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 16.56 ENTITLED "CO-LIVING HOUSING"; AMENDING TABLE 16T-13; ALL OF THE LACEY MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING A SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION." The main points of the Ordinance are described as follows: 1.
