PUBLIC NOTICE THIS NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to RCW 78.22.050 to Laura Taylor Martin, Alice Taylor Marmaduke, and Clara Taylor Moore and her children, with no known last addresses, and all other persons known or unknown claiming any right, title or interest in that certain mineral interest reserved in the Deed dated January 7, 1947 recorded in the Thurston County, Washington records January 7, 1947, Thurston County Auditor File No. 416074. This Notice was first published on February 10, 2026 and will be published in this newspaper once a week for three consecutive weeks. A claim of abandonment and extinguishment of the mineral interest will be filed upon the expiration of a period of sixty days after the date of the last publication, unless the current mineral interest owner files a statement of claim of mineral interest to Thurston County in the form prescribed in RCW 78.22.040.
