NOTICE: ANNOUNCEMENT OF AVAILABILITY OF DRAFT RENEWAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT TO DISCHARGE WASTEWATER TO THE CITY OF OLYMPIA SANITARY SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM AND THE LOTT CLEAN WATER ALLIANCE BUDD INLET TREATMENT PLANT PERMIT NUMBER: OL-002 PERMITEE: Crown Cork & Seal Company, Inc. 1202 Fones Road Olympia, WA 98501 The above-named industry has applied for a renewal of its wastewater discharge permit in accordance to the provisions of the Olympia Municipal Code, Section 13.20. I. TENTATIVE DETERMINATIONS On the basis of preliminary staff review, the City of Olympia proposes to issue a permit that authorizes the above discharge pursuant to certain limitations. A final determination will not be made until all comments have been received, pursuant to this notice, and have been evaluated. II. PUBLIC COMMENT AND INFORMATION Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding the proposed permit within 30 days of the date of this public notice.
