PUBLIC NOTICE SSHI, LLC dba DR Horton, Clint Lucas, 11241 Slater Ave NE Suite 200, Kirkland, WA 98033 is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Monarch Meadows, is located at 8530 Steilacoom Road SE, Lacey, WA 98513, Thurston County. This project involves 30 acres of soil disturbance for constructing single family homes, (Residential Housing), and utility construction activities. The receiving water is an existing wetland in the south boundary of the project site.
