City of Lacey Legal Notice Final Assessment Roll in ULID No. 25 Filed for Collection City of Lacey Ordinance No. 1687 approving and confirming the assessments and assessment roll in Utility Local Improvement District No. 25 was passed by the City of Lacey Council on December 2, 2025. Whereas, the 10-day appeal period lapsed on December 20, 2025, the final assessment roll has been filed for collection with the City Finance Director. Property owners have until January 21, 2026 the end of the 30-day prepayment period, to pay a portion or all of their assessment without interest.
