PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the City of Lacey Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, December 10th, 2025, beginning at 6:05 p.m. at Lacey City Hall, 420 College St. S.E., in the Council Chambers, for consideration of the following item: The City of Lacey is proposing amendments to the Lacey Municipal Code to establish regulations for co-living housing. The proposed code would define co-living housing as a residential use, identify where it may be permitted, and outline applicable development standards. This action is intended to expand housing options within the City of Lacey - consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan and recent state housing legislation. The above summary is only an overview of the proposal. A complete draft is available for review. Interested individuals should contact the Community Development Department for draft materials. The purpose of the public hearing is to give anyone an opportunity to testify to the Planning Commission regarding the above proposal.
