SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION ORDINANCE NO. 1686 CITY OF LACEY The City Council of the City of Lacey, Washington, passed on November 18, 2025, Ordinance No. 1686, entitled "AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO STORMWATER SERVICE RATES, AMENDING SECTION 13.70.030 OF THE LACEY MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING A SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION." A section-by-section summary of this ordinance is as follows: Section 1 amends section 13.70.030 establishing stormwater rates during the year 2026 for purposes of providing revenue for increased maintenance and capital expenditures for the stormwater utility system.
