The children were born on December 8, 2012, in Dickinson, North Dakota and December 31, 2014, in Hettinger, North Dakota, respectively. The mother of the children, Sara Pflugmacher, has consented to the adoption of the children by the petitioners. The court has set the time and place of the court hearing on the petition to terminate your parent-child relationship. The court hearing on this matter shall be on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Pierce County Juvenile Court, 5501 Sixth Avenue, Tacoma, Washington 98406. As the father of the children, you have the right to seek custody of the children and to support them.
