REQUEST FOR BIDS (RFB)
NEW BUS STOP DEVELOPMENT—SERVICE CHANGE
PROJECT #2504
Intercity Transit, the public transportation provider in Thurston County, Washington, is requesting bids for the New Bus Stop Development--Service Change Project #2504. This Contract provides for the construction of 37 bus stop pads located at various sites throughout the City of Olympia, City of Lacey, City of Tumwater, and Thurston County. This project consists of, but is not limited to, excavation and removal of items, installation of traffic curb, pedestrian curb, sidewalk, concrete bus stop pads, traffic control, erosion control measures, and all other work, all in accordance with the Contract plans, Contract provisions, and Standard Specifications.
 
The Engineer's Estimate is $200,000 to $300,000. This project does not have Federal funding. All work performed for this project will be subject to Washington State prevailing wage rates.
 
Sealed bids are due prior to 11:00 a.m., (PST) on November 17, 2025. Contract documents and the plan holder's list are available through Builders Exchange of Washington, Inc. at http://www.bxwa.com.
