I. TENTATIVE DETERMINATIONS Based on preliminary staff review, the City of Lacey proposes to issue a permit to control the above discharge pursuant to certain limitations. A final determination will not be made until all comments have been received, pursuant to this notice, and have been evaluated. II. PUBLIC COMMENT AND INFORMATION Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding the proposed permit within 30 days of the date of this public notice.
