Public Notice Olympic Region Clean Air Agency Notice of Determination of Non-Significance Olympic Region Clean Air Agency (ORCAA) issued a determination of non-significance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project: after-the-fact installation and operation of a 450 kW (~603 bhp) diesel emergency generator with a maximum rated output of 755 bhp at 510 Pattison St SE in Olympia, WA. The project proponent is Intercity Transit. After review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the agency, ORCAA has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. Copies of the DNS are on file and available for review at ORCAA's Olympia office and on ORCAA's website at www.orcaa.org.
