Bids will be accepted July 23rd 2025 at 11:00a.m. at Swantown Boatworks to sell the following vessel: Boat: 60’ Wooden Tugboat Legal Owner: Sand Man Foundation Address: 1022 Marine Drive NE Unit 22, Olympia, WA 98501 Current charges due to the Port of Olympia: $28,966.66 Notice posted: Monday, April 21st, 2025, Time: 11:00AM The buyer accepts this vessel sold as is with no expressed warranty of any kind. The following conditions apply to the discharge of this vessel: 1. Bidder shall have no unpaid debts to the Port of Olympia at the time of sale. 2. If a successful bidder is established at the sale, arrangements shall be made within ten days of the sale to remove the vessel from port property or, 3. A letter of credit shall be established for two months moorage or lay-time storage prior to taking possession of the vessel. 4. If these conditions are not met ownership of vessel shall revert to the port. The estimated value of the vessel is $10,000. The Port of Olympia may bid all or part of accrued port charges at the sale and may become purchaser at the sale.
