Public Notice This notice is to inform the public of the opportunity to attend a public hearing on the proposed FY2026-FY2030 Section 5310, Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program Application to be submitted to the Grand Strand Area Transportation Study no later than October 25, 2026. These services are currently provided using Volunteer's utilizing their personal vehicles, and 3rd party medical carriers. Services are rendered by Neighbor to Neighbor of South Carolina. Note the minimum local match required depends on the type of project. See table below.
