All that certain parcel or strip of land, in temporary construction easement, containing 0.007 of an acre (300 square feet), more or less, and all improvements thereon, if any, owned by Dr. W. P. DeVane and his heirs at law, shown as "10' TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT" on Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
