(“Dominion”), and • The credit allocation is designed for the residential electric customer class to deliver a $10 per month credit over the two-year credit period for a typical residential customer utilizing 1,000 kWh of electricity per month. The amount to each electric customer will vary by actual usage. The bill credit will appear as a separate line item on the electric customer bill. • For natural gas customers, individual credits will be calculated twice over a two-year period following the closing of the merger, and DESC’s natural gas customers will receive a single bill credit that will appear as a separate line item on the natural gas customer bill.
