Notice of Town Council Public Hearing on ASPIRE 2036 Town of Atlantic Beach, SC Pursuant to South Carolina Code of Laws Section 6-29-530, the Town Council of the Town of Atlantic Beach, South Carolina, hereby gives notice that it will hold a public hearing on the updated Comprehensive Plan, ASPIRE 2036, and associated Master Plan and appendices, before considering final adoption of the Plan. Town Council Consideration: The Planning Commission recommended adoption of ASPIRE 2036 on July 16, 2026, and Town Council approved first reading of the Plan's associated Ordinance No. 11-2026 on August 3, 2026. The public hearing will be held before Town Council considers final adoption. At the public hearing, Town Council will receive public comments concerning Ordinance No. 11-2026, ASPIRE 2036 and it's associated Master Plan and appendices.
