Notice is hereby given that public hearing on the following ordinances will be held by Horry County Council on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the County Council Chambers, 1301 Second Avenue, Conway, South Carolina:
ORDINANCE 63-2026 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE A QUIT-CLAIM DEED ON BEHALF OF HORRY COUNTY TO RELEASE A SPOIL EASEMENT ON PROPERTY OWNED BY CHRIS MANNING BUILDERS, LLC.
ORDINANCE 64-2026 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE S.C. DEPT. OF MOTOR VEHICLES FOR CERTAIN COUNTY-OWNED OFFICE SPACE AT THE RALPH ELLIS COMPLEX.
ORDINANCE 65-2026 AMENDING CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE VI OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCE OF HORRY COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA AS IT PERTAINS TO DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS.
ORDINANCE 66-2026 AMENDING ARTICLE XI OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF HORRY COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA, AS IT PERTAINS TO THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS.
ORDINANCE 68-2026 TO APPROVE THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH STAR BLUFF PROPERTIES LLC ON STAR BLUFF ROAD IN CONWAY.
ORDINANCE 73-2026 TO APPROVE THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH PULTE HOME COMPANY, LLC FOR THE PINE RIDGE RESIDENTIAL TRACT TO PROVIDE FOR A CONNECTION OF CAROLINA BAYS PARKWAY TO HIGHWAY 17 BYPASS AND LIMIT THE ALLOWED DENSITY ON THE TRACT.
