The Board of Zoning Appeals will hear the following appeal on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the conference room of the City Services Building located at 921 Oak Street in Myrtle Beach. All interested parties are invited to attend.
Request 26-08 Philip Anderson Bethune: The applicant is requesting a variance from Section 1603 (Dimensional Standards) regarding setback for a front porch. The property is located at 4407 Camellia Dr and is identified by PIN 424-04-02-0050.
