Public Notice Sea Cabins on the Ocean IV has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services, Bureau of Coastal Management for a permit amendment to remove their existing fishing pier remnants and replace with a concrete pier structure for private use, at 6000 North Ocean Boulevard, North Myrtle Beach, SC along the Atlantic Oceanfront. The pier will include an ADA-compliant ramp, shed replacement, and essential amenities. Construction access will require installation of a temporary work trestle along the pier and temporary bulkhead removal.
