Public Hearing and Comments on FY 2026-2027 Section 5310 Application The Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments (WRCOG) is announcing the opportunity for public input regarding its proposed FY 2025 application for funding under the Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program. WRCOG is requesting $1000,000 in Section 5310 funding for Mobility Management, and $50,000 for Purchase of Service. The project period for the use of these funds is to support consumer choice rides program from July 1st 2026 - June 30th 2028. Anyone wishing to submit written comments must do so no later than Monday April 13th 2026. A public hearing has been set for Tuesday April 14th from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM.
