BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

The Board of Zoning Appeals will hear the following appeal on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in the conference room of the City Services Building located at 921 Oak Street in Myrtle Beach. All interested parties are invited to attend.
Request 26-06 Heritage Construction and Development Inc.: The applicant is requesting a variance from Section 1702 (Design Standards for all Zoning Districts). The property is located at 214 76th Ave N and is identified by PIN 165-16-07-013.
Request 26-07 Bellark, LLC: The applicant is requesting a variance from Section 1603 (Dimensional Standards). The property is located at 7600 Glenwood Dr and is identified by PIN 395-13-04-0025.
Request 26-04 Nations Homes II, LLC: The applicant is requesting a special exception from Section 903 (Tree Protection). The property is located at 5811 Woodside Ave and is identified by PIN 421-10-02-0026.
Request 26-05 Traditional Home Builders: The applicant is requesting a special exception from Section 903 (Tree Protection). The property is located at 8900 Kings Rd and is identified by PIN 394-10-03-0012.
