FAIR HOUSING PUBLIC NOTICE On April 6, 2026, the Town of Atlantic Beach passed a Resolution declaring the month of April, 2026 as Fair Housing Month. This is an annual event which the Town of Atlantic Beach established in order to ensure that all citizens are aware of the Fair Housing Law and the Town of Atlantic Beach obligation with all aspects of the law. The Fair Housing Act is Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968, as amended. This Act prohibits discrimination in the sale or rental of housing because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, and disability.
