Edwards on July 18, 1978, commonly called the "Freedom of Information Act". Notice of meetings. All Public Bodies shall give written Public Notice of their regular Meetings at the beginning of each calendar year. The Notice shall include the dates, time and place of such meeting; Subsection (c) of section of 9 Provides.
