NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING FIREWORKS PROHIBITED ZONES The Horry County Public Safety Committee will hold a public hearing to consider requests for establishing and extending Fireworks Prohibited Zones in the unincorporated areas of the County. The hearing will be held February 10, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., in the Horry County Council Conference Room, 1301 2nd Avenue. Conway, SC. Interested parties must file a Discharge of Fireworks Prohibited Agreement, and if applicable, an Application for Extension of Fireworks Prohibited Zone with the Horry County Public Safety Division prior to the date of the public hearing.
