City of Myrtle Beach First in Service BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWAL Business License renewal forms will be mailed in January of 2026 and are due on April 30, 2026. Any business license renewal form that is not received or postmarked by April 30, 2026 becomes delinquent. Any business license renewal received or postmarked May 1, 2026 or later will be assessed a penalty of 5% of the license fee for each month or fraction of a month until the license fee and penalty is paid in full. All owners of rental property are required to have a business license.
