PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that public hearing on the following ordinances will be held by Horry County Council on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the County Council Chambers, 1301 Second Avenue, Conway, South Carolina: ORDINANCE 64-2025 TO APPROVE THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH HWY 66, LLC AND EQUITY TRUST COMPANY CUSTODIAN FBO MARK PHILIP KARAVAN LOCATED ON ASHLEY CIRCLE IN CONWAY. ORDINANCE 101-2025 AMENDING ARTICLES II & XIV, OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF HORRY COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA PERTAINING TO GROUP HOUSING. ORDINANCE 102-2025 AMENDING ARTICLE II, OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF HORRY COUNTY, SOUTH CAROLINA, PERTAINING TO PERMITTED USES IN THE LIMITED MANUFACTURING AND INDUSTRIAL (MA1) DISTRICT. ORDINANCE 103-2025 TO AMEND ARTICLE V (TOWING AND WRECKER SERVICES) OF CHAPTER 12.5 (LICENSES AND BUSINESS REGULATIONS), OF THE HORRY COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR LESS REGULATION OF TOWING BUSINESSES AND OPERATIONS PERFORMING CONSENSUAL TOWING IN THE COUNTY. ORDINANCE 104-2025 TO PROHIBIT CAMPING ON COUNTY PROPERTY, TO AMEND THE RULES OF CONDUCT FOR COUNTY BOAT LANDINGS, AND TO ENACT RULES OF CONDUCT FOR COUNTY PARKS AND FACILITIES.
