PUBLIC NOTICE Notice of Initiation of the Section 106 Process-Public Participation in accordance with the FCC's Nationwide Programmatic Agreement. The Towers, LLC intends to construct a communications facility at 021-091-011 (0.51 mi S of Sperry Ave & Haggerty Dr), Patterson, Stanislaus County, CA 95363 (37° 27' 25.24", -121° 10' 07.24"). The facility will include a 130 ft (135 ft overall height) monopole telecommunications tower with (11) antennas at a centerline height of 125 ft and associated equipment. The Towers, LLC is publishing this notice in accordance with Federal Communications Commission regulations (47 CFR § 1.1307) for Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
