The Court finds that Plaintiff has exercised reasonable diligence in attempting to serve Defendant Raul A Saldivar pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure sections 415.10 through 415.30, and that Defendant cannot with reasonable diligence be served by those methods. 2. Service of the Summons and Complaint in this action upon Defendant Raul A Saldivar shall be made by publication pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 415.50. 3. The Summons shall be published in the Modesto Bee, a newspaper of general circulation published in STANISLAUS County, California, which is most likely to give actual notice to Defendant. 4. Publication shall be made once a week for four successive weeks pursuant to Government Code section 6064. 5.
