EDISON HOUSE GENERAL BUILDING CONTRACTOR
Delta Community Developers Corp. (DCDC) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed General Contractors to complete the adaptive reuse of an existing medical office building located at 645 W. Harding Way, Stockton, CA 95204 into a supportive housing development known as Edison House. The project will covert the existing structure into a 34 studio unit apartment complex.

Interested proposers are required to check the Public Purchase website for any addendum issued that may alter the scope of work for this project, and to incorporate any such changes into their final proposal.
DCDC will have a Non-Mandatory Jobsite Visit meeting at 645 W. Harding Way, Stockton, CA 95204 which will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 11:00 A.M.
All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted to the PublicPurchase.com website by Monday, June 22, 2026 at 10:00 A.M.
Proposals must be digitally submitted through PublicPurchase.com as a "SINGLE PDF DOCUMENT AND EXCEL FORM OF COST (PRICING)" by Friday, July 17, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. Proposals received after this time may not be considered. DCDC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to waive any informality in the bidding.
