PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Education Code section 17556 et seq., the Board of Education ("Board") of the Modesto City Elementary School District ("District") has adopted a Resolution of Intent to Convey a Public Utility Easement ("Easement") to Modesto Irrigation District ("MID") for Electrical Facilities and Equipment. The real property subject to Board consideration for conveyance of said Easement (being a portion of APN 030-002-001) is an approximate 12,680 square foot strip of land, located at Franklin Elementary School, 120 S. Emerald Ave., Modesto, CA 95351. A public hearing on the question of the District conveying the Easement to MID will be held during the regular meeting of the Board on June 8, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable. Copies of the adopted and signed Resolution of Intent (along with an updated legal description and depiction of the Easement) are posted at the following three (3) locations within the District's boundaries: 1.
