Notice of Public Hearing A public hearing will be held by the Council of the City of Modesto on June 23, 2026 at 5:30 pm in the Chambers, Basement Level, Tenth Street Place, 1010 10th Street, Modesto, California, to consider the proposed levy of the proposed Fiscal Year 2026-27 assessments for the following Landscape Maintenance Assessment Districts, and Landscape and Lighting Districts: Landscape Maintenance Assessment District No. 1 Landscape Maintenance Assessment District No. 2 Shackelford Landscape and Lighting District All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place and will be given opportunity to be heard.
