PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF MODESTO – COMMERCIAL CANNABIS NON-RETAIL PERMIT RENEWALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cannabis Program and Permit Review Committee of the City of Modesto will conduct a Public Hearing on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in Del Puerto Room 2001, Second Floor, 1010 Tenth Street, Modesto, at which time the Committee will consider the renewal of five (5) non-retail commercial cannabis permits for a two-year period ending June 30, 2028, for the following businesses: 1. Commercial Cannabis Type 12 Microbusiness Permit for Fiji Weed Company, LLC, located at 1420 Granite Lane 2. Commercial Cannabis Type 3A Indoor Cultivation Permit for Farm 209, LLC, located at 1920 Morgan Road 3. Commercial Cannabis Type 2-7 Manufacturing Permit for Farm 209 Manufacturing, LLC, located at 1919 Morgan Road 4. Commercial Cannabis Type 4 Cultivation (Nursery) Permit for Legacy Nursey, LLC, located at 1919 Morgan Road 5. Commercial Cannabis Cultivation Type 1-C Permit for Power High 99, LLC, located at 1127 Kansas Ave, Suite 52 All persons interested are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place in person and will be given an opportunity to be heard.
