NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Modesto on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, at 5:30 pm, via livestream through a link on modestogov.com and in the Chambers, Basement Level, Tenth Street Place, 1010 10th Street, Modesto, California, to consider the City's Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Final Proposed Operating and Capital Improvement Program annual budgets and adoption of said budgets via resolution.
All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place or via livestream and may participate in the public hearing by submitting your comment via email to ccmeetings@modestogov.com or will be given the opportunity to be heard if attending the meeting in person.
If you challenge the proposed budgets in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing.
Assistance will be provided to those requiring accommodations for disabilities in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
