NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the Council of the City of Modesto on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Chambers, Basement Level, Tenth Street Place, 1010 10th Street, Modesto, California, to consider proposed agreements with Gilton and Bertolotti for Solid Waste Collection and to consider approving adjustments to the maximum rate schedule for City residential, commercial, and industrial solid waste collection services. All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place and will be given an opportunity to be heard. If you challenge the proposed action in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing.
