NOTICE OF SPECIAL PUBLIC HEARING BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION AND FINANCE COMMITTEE ON THE CITY'S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM A special public hearing will be held by the Planning Commission and the Finance Committee of the City of Modesto on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in Chambers, Basement Level, Tenth Street Place, 1010 Tenth Street, Modesto, California, to consider the City's FY 2026 to 2027 Proposed Capital Improvement Program. The purpose of the meeting is to find that the recommendations for the City's Capital Improvement Program are in conformance with the Modesto Urban Area General Plan. All persons interested are invited to attend the public hearing at the above time and place in person and will be given the opportunity to be heard. All interested persons are also invited to participate in the public hearing by submitting comments via email to planning@modestogov.com. If you wish to submit a public comment in writing, please submit your comment to the Recording Secretary at planning@modestogov.com by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 15, 2026. All comments will be shared with the Commissioners and Committee Members and placed in the record. Every effort will be made to read your comment into the record, but some comments may not be read due to time limitations.
