NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Government Code § 65995.6 that a public hearing will be held on May 14, 2026, during the Los Banos Unified School Board meeting located in the Los Banos City Hall Council Chambers at 520 J Street, Los Banos, California, on or about 7:00 p.m. on the matter of the District's proposed adoption of a School Facilities Needs Analysis and of school facilities impact fees. The proposed Level I fee amounts of new commercial construction set forth in the Needs Analysis are available for viewing at the Los Banos Unified School District Office, 1717 S. 11th Street, Los Banos, during normal business hours. Please submit any written comments prior to the hearing to Sean Richey, Superintendent, at the District Office.
