STANISLAUS COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROJECT PLN2026-0002 MODESTO TOYOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors will meet in the Basement Chambers, 1010 10th St., Modesto, CA, to consider Planning Commission's recommendation of approval for PLN2026-0002 MODESTO TOYOTA - request to amend the zoning designation of a one-acre parcel from planned industrial (P-I) (2) to planned development to expand the permitted uses to include a vehicle inventory parking lot for the adjoining dealership. The Board of Supervisors will also consider approval of a CEQA exemption pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15061 (Common Sense Exemption) for this project.
