PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Education Code section 17556 et seq., the Board of Education ("Board") of the Modesto City Elementary School District ("District") has adopted a Resolution of Intent to Convey a Public Utility Easement ("Easement") to Modesto Irrigation District ("MID") for Electrical and Telecommunication Facilities and Equipment. The real property subject to Board consideration for conveyance of said Easement (being a portion of APN 037-047-039) is an approximate 520 square foot strip of land, located at James Marshall Elementary School, 515 Sutter Ave., Modesto, CA 95351. A public hearing on the question of the District conveying the Easement to MID will be held during the regular meeting of the Board on May 18, 2026 at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as practicable. Copies of the adopted and signed Resolution of Intent are posted at the following three (3) locations within the District's boundaries: 1.
