A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference and site visit will be held on April 22, 2026, at 9:00 am, at Denair Elementary Charter Academy – 3773 Madera Avenue, Denair, CA 95316 The District has determined the general prevailing rate to be the per diem wages for each craft or type of workman or mechanic needed to execute this contract as set forth in the collective bargaining agreements for Stanislaus, San Joaquin, and Merced Counties, California. COMPLIANCE MONITORING: This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations, Office of the Labor Commissioner.
